Lou Ann Brubaker is the President of Brubaker Seminars, which focuses exclusively on senior care topics. Since 1988 she has taught thousands of senior care professionals–from executive leaders and mid-level managers to front-line staff. Her unique knowledge base has established her reputation as one of America’s leading senior care training providers.
A diverse professional expertise enables her to address today’s most critical skill development needs, including daily management of staff, creation of higher performance teams, handling of conflict, dynamics of change within senior care, census development and strategic planning.
Prior to her own company, she was Director of two in-house advertising agencies. Lou Ann was Vice President of Sales overseeing 35 satellite operations and more than 500 sales professionals. She also directed the North American promotion of more than 130 databases for the world’s largest provider of clinical, scientific, and technical information.

Kevin is a visionary. In 1997, he founded Integra to provide much-needed pharmacy management solutions to the long-term care community. In addition to providing direction for Integra, Kevin assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer for the J M Smith Corporation in 2017. In the CTO role, Kevin oversees the development of new technology within the J M Smith Corporation, streamlining the process of bringing technology to market.
Kevin has also served in senior positions at Genentech, Symantec, and Microsoft, and holds degrees in mathematics, computer science, operations research, and engineering management from Standford University. During his career, he has designed and developed many industry-leading software applications and systems.
In addition to setting the vision and direction for Integra, he makes time to be a competitive sailor and avid mountain biker. He is also active in local charities and business chambers.
